Overview
The SWAT-TAC is a tactical communications and hearing protection headset, field-proven by military and law enforcement worldwide. This headset provides protection from both steady-state and impulse noises while simultaneously allowing clear and intelligible two-way audio communications via radios and intercoms. Featuring environmental listening (aka: “talk-through”) for auditory situational awareness and face-to-face verbal conversation, these meet the single hearing protection requirement listed in DA PAM 40-501 Army Hearing Conservation Program 2015.
