FAST-ACT Chemical Hazard Containment and Neutralization System: FAST-ACT is a NON-TOXIC formulation that immediately contains or neutralizes acids, bases, liquid and vapor chemical spills and releases (including Chemical Warfare Agents) –safely and in a single response tool.
